Shop policy

These terms cover physical orders from kogoblues.com. The shop is run by California Arts and Business LLC. Digital streaming and store links on the homepage are separate - they are not sold through this checkout.

Shipping

We ship physical orders only to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Postage is a single flat rate to every US address. It does not change by state or ZIP code. The amount in effect is the US shipping line shown on the shop and again on Stripe Checkout before you pay.

Each product lists an estimated ship date. Until that date is set it may read TBD. After that date we send orders by standard mail. We do not offer expedited or overnight options at this time.

You enter your shipping address on Stripe’s checkout page. Please check it before paying. We are not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

Returns

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise price. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing - in those cases we cover the return and refund or replace the order, including the original shipping charge.

Opened compact discs are not returnable except when they are defective. Do not post a return until you have written to us from the email on your order confirmation so we can give you an address.

Payments

Payment is taken by Stripe on their hosted checkout. We never see or store full card numbers. Prices are in US dollars. A paid order is confirmed by email after Stripe tells us the payment succeeded.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address through Stripe so we can take payment and send the package. Stripe processes the payment; their privacy policy applies to card data.

We use Resend to send the order confirmation to the email you give Stripe. We do not sell your personal information. We keep order details as long as we need them to ship, handle returns, and meet tax or accounting rules.

If you want a copy of what we hold, or want it deleted where the law allows, write to us from the address on your order confirmation.
